TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the conditions which apply to the use of this website and the agreements (hereafter called ‘‘conditions’’) which are entered into between you and Northug.com. Please read these conditions carefully before confirming an order at the checkout. When you use this website, or order any of our products through this site, you are bound by these conditions. Do not complete any order if you do not agree to these conditions.
The items we present on this website are available and can be sent anywhere in the world. However, there may be certain restrictions and the countries concerned may not be able to be selected when you confirm an order.
3. How to place an order
We have made procedures for ordering as simple as possible for you:
- Find your desired product, click on it to select it.
- Once you have found the product(s) you desire, click on the shopping cart at the top right-hand corner.
- Follow the steps to check-out.
- Select a method of payment.
- All items are sent by DHL and we aim to deliver within 1-3 working days.
The prices displayed at Northug.com will always be the price you pay. No V.A.T. or tax will be added - this is included in the price. Northug also bears the costs of any import duties.
Only shipping charges appear as an additional cost. This will be added and clearly stated when checking out .
Northug.com offers free shipping on any orders at a value of more than 950 NOK/SEK or 95 EUR. Any orders below this amount will incur a charge of 75 NOK/SEK or 7.50 EUR.
We at Northug.com do our best to despatch any item ordered as soon as possible, in the order they are received. Even if our aim is to deliver items within 1-3 working days, unforeseen circumstances may arise which may incur a delay. If a delay should unexpectedly exceed more than 30 days then you can cancel your order. Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have confirmed your order, you will be sent an e-mail or message with the order details. You will also receive a code so that you can track your package at dhl.com.
