Fosseholm won gold in both the 5 km classic and 15 km freestyle mass start in the Junior WC on skis 2020. She also has a silver medal in the 5 km freestyle and 15 km classic from the Junior WC 2019. She also has a gold medal in relay from the same championship. She is considered a great talent, and has been referred to as "the new Marit Bjørgen".

In the Junior-NM on skis 2018 she took gold in all three competitions, and in the 5 km freestyle she was also the fastest regardless of age group. In the senior NM she was no. 11 on the same distance. She took bronze in the 15 km joint start in NM 2020. In February 2020, she went into 5th place in the 10 km joint start in Falun.
